David and Philippe Madamour often worked abroad before returning to Paris and creating restaurants. Today, with those strong influences, they reinvent a chic and casual dining Restaurant "Le Percolateur" since November 2009. This "neo-bistro" or "bistronomic" restaurant works only fresh food and revisits old flavors.
